TERMS OF PAYMENT
Absentee bidders are required to provide credit card information to PCNW prior to the auction event. Your credit card will not be charged unless confirmed by the buyer upon receipt of final invoice or if buyer fails to submit other form of payment as outlined on the Conditions of Sale. A staff member will be contacting you via phone to securely collect your credit card information. No charge will be made until a final, itemized invoice is delivered to the buyer. In the event that the buyer has not made satisfactory arrangements with PCNW for the payment of all amounts or has otherwise defaulted in the performance of its obligations under these Conditions of Sale, we reserve the right to charge the buyer’s credit card in an amount equal to the hammer price. Winning bidders will be invoiced on Tuesday, October 15, 2019; all payments (credit card, check or cash) are due within 10 business days of the Benefit evening. We reserve the right to delay delivery of any property until clearance or collection of funds in connection with any payment and, in any event, title to the property shall not pass to the buyer until clearance or collection of funds has occurred.

SHIPPING
PCNW will gladly ship auction items nationally and internationally. Packages will be safely shipped via FedEx. Buyer agrees to cover 3rd party shipping charges from PCNW to buyer's destination, plus $25 in packaging and handling fees. Please allow two weeks for shipping after payment is received.

CONDITION
All items are sold as-is. All purchases made the evening of the Benefit are final. We make no representation as to the condition of any lot sold and no reference to imperfections is made in the website descriptions. Prospective buyers are encouraged to view the lots in person to evaluate their condition or send an individual to view the lots in your behalf. PCNW staff will gladly arrange for a preview of the lots.

RESERVE PRICE
No lots will be sold under the reserve price if there is one. Bidding will begin at a price appropriate in auctioneer's discretion.

BIDDING
Bidding on an item indicates your understanding and acceptance of these Conditions of Sale. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject a bid and to advance the bidding at her absolute discretion. Shall there be any disputes after the sale; the auctioneer's record of the sale shall be conclusive. Once the item is declared as sold, the bidding cannot be reopened; if absentee bidder fails to submit payment as outlined in the Conditions of Sale, the lot will be offered to the 2nd highest bidder. In case of identical absentee bids, the bid received first will prevail. The auctioneer always reserves the right to withdraw a lot for any reason she deems appropriate.
